HOW TO MAINTAIN MY AKYCHAS?
Your jewelry will certainly regularly come into contact with salt water and sand. To prevent their surfaces from becoming damaged too quickly, take the time to rinse and dry them as soon as contact with such elements occurs.
To give your akycha a boost, you will find tutorials using baking soda, lemon or other tips, but also special products for cleaning gold and silver in supermarkets.
Never use for solvent cleaning. Avoid contact with hand cream or sanitizer, makeup or perfume.
The use of an ultrasonic device for cleaning is strongly discouraged for our akychas containing enamel.
HOW TO WEAR THIS ACCESSORY?
Upon receipt of your package, you will find a small thank you card, on the back a pictorial explanation showing you each step in order to equip yourself with an Akycha.

Titanium jewelry is suitable for people who easily develop allergies. We will create a range to offer you this alternative. Currently MissAkycha jewelry is all gold, silver or bronze plated, we leave it up to you to wear them or not according to your sensibilities.

Each MissAkycha piece of jewelry sold benefits from a 3-month warranty from the date of delivery of the order. The warranty only applies to factory defects and damage that has not been caused by misuse of the item. We will carefully check that the defect has not possibly been caused by inappropriate use of the product(s).
HOW TO USE THE WARRANTY
If the damage is covered by our warranty, you should contact us at info@missakycha.com, we will send you a replacement part for free.
HOW DO I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE RECEIVING IT?
Contact our customer service on info@missakycha.com so that we can change or cancel your order before sending it to you. To cancel your order, we must receive your request no later than 48 hours after purchase. We will contact you to confirm if cancellation of your order is possible.
If you would like to change the delivery address, you can only do so if your order has not been shipped.
IS MY ORDER RECORDED CORRECTLY?
Confirmation of your order is sent directly to the email address you provided when ordering. If you have not received confirmation, please contact our customer service.
WHERE DO I ENTER MY PROMOTIONAL CODE?
You can enter a promotional code at the payment stage, before choosing the payment method. The discount will be deducted from the total as soon as the code is entered. Please note that only one promotional code can be used per order. Also note that our promotional codes are for single use and cannot be shared or used multiple times.
HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
To place an order, choose the item you wish to purchase and add it to your cart. Then, access the payment page on which you will indicate your contact details and your payment method. Be sure to follow all of these steps so we can receive payment and ship your items.
WHAT CAN I DO IF PAYMENT HAS NOT BEEN MADE?
If you cannot pay with your debit or credit card, this is probably because your card was issued in a country different from the one where you are placing the order. Our payment system Wix-payment automatically blocks these transactions for security reasons to minimize online fraud. If you are unable to pay using your card, we advise you to choose another payment method.
You can pay using your credit or debit card or PayPal. Payments by credit or debit card are made through the payment service provider Wix-payment. MissAkycha does not manage credit card numbers.
HOW MUCH ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS?
Shipping costs vary greatly from country to country.
We would like to let you know that a notable contribution is offered on all our deliveries. We offer standard deliveries via Post worldwide. And in all cases we participate in express deliveries offered through our carrier UPS.
We would like to make you aware of the fact that customs fees which vary depending on the country of destination are your responsibility and must be paid to our carrier upon receipt of your order, or directly through the customs of your country who will contact you. We suggest you inquire with your customs office first.

We deliver all over the world, customs fees vary depending on the destination.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is registered with our carrier. Depending on your choices, you will be able to track your package, either on the UPS website or via Post Office tracking.
If your tracking number doesn't work, don't worry. Follow-up processing may take a few hours. Try again a little later. If your delivery is verified by customs services, we are not responsible for any additional costs incurred. If you return the purchased items to an address other than the one you provided by email, we are not responsible for their possible loss. In case of delivery difficulty, contact UPS directly and provide your tracking number and contact details, or contact us at info@missakycha.com.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Check that the item you received corresponds to the reference indicated on your order form, and check that each part is in good condition. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, contact our customer service at info@missakycha.com within a maximum period of 14 days.
HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
If you wish to return your order for any reason, you can do so within 14 days. We will refund the full amount of your purchase within 30 days after your package arrives at our warehouse. Note that the products must be in exactly the same condition (new) as you received them. For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned (in this case, it is specified on each product). Return the products in their original packaging, as they were delivered. Return shipping costs and any customs fees are your responsibility. DID YOU RECEIVE MY RETURN?
After receiving the product and checking its condition, you will receive an e-mail confirming the registration of your return and the refund of the amount paid. Your refund will be available within a maximum of 30 working days after receipt of this email. If you have not received this email within a maximum of two weeks from the date you returned the package, please contact our customer service quoting your order and tracking number.
